Miss Candidate Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • 18-27 years of age (must be 18* by June 20, 2025 & no older than 27 by June 20, 2025)

  • Must be female, not married and without children

  • Legal resident of Arizona at least 6 months prior to state competition

  • Must maintain the basis for eligibility throughout the local and state competition

  • Ability to compete in private interview, evening wear and talent competitions

Phases of competition & scoring:

  • Private Interview - 30%
  • Onstage Conversation - 10%
  • Fitness - 20%
  • Talent - 20%
  • Evening Gown - 20%

Teen Candidate Requirements

  • 14-18 years of age (must be 14 by June 20, 2025 & no older than 18* by June 20, 2025)

*18 year-olds may choose to compete in the Miss division after consultation with their director, however it is highly encouraged that 18 year-olds compete in the Teen division if their birthdate permits it.
